A Limitless Life/Mental Performance Coach is a professional that helps individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their personal and professional, and/or business goals. Most people haven’t even scratched the surface of their potential and it’s not their fault. That’s because we’re conditioned to do the minimum by our own brain, and what has been modeled for us. As a Certified Mental Performance coach I can help you to achieve that Limitless Life you’ve always wanted. And you’ll be amazed at how quickly your life can change. I’ll combine my knowledge and experience with guidance, support, and accountability to lead you to make significant changes in your personal and professional life. Along the way you’ll eliminate things like limiting beliefs and end self-sabotage. And thanks to my 30+ years of success and learning in business, I can also assist in evaluating and making positive and typically very profitable adjustments to your business.
In your 1:1 coaching sessions, you can expect to begin with a deep dive into the issues that you feel are keeping you from reaching your full potential. People often discover things about themselves they were not aware of, or didn’t realize were interfering with their life. From there, you’ll discuss your goals, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. You’ll then create a personal “My Way” Blueprint(TM) to guide you in your quest to become the best you possible. From there, I will provide guidance, support, and accountability every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.
The program runs 12 weeks from the start of your first 1:1 session. You’ll meet at a time we agree on each week. Meetings will take place on Zoom unless otherwise agreed upon. Individual meetings will last between 60 and 90 minutes.

Everyone’s life is different, and their circumstances are different.  But typically, no matter the circumstances, clients see very rapid and often significant changes that usually start in our first few sessions.

In addition to your weekly meetings, you can expect to get “homework” in the form of readings, worksheets, etc.  Don’t worry, you’re not going to be going back to school, but you may need to put in some extra time to get through any complex issues.  Long term, to truly achieve your ultimate goals, you will have to put in the effort.  But once you have gone through your 12 sessions, you’re going to have created a solid blueprint that will guide your steps indefinitely.  What I typically see is once people realize what they can achieve with consistent effort, they fall in love with what they are doing and it never feels like work again.

While the vast majority of my clients finish the twelve weeks ripping through life on a trajectory toward a lifetime of success, if at the completion of the program you’re not confident in your ability to achieve your full potential, I will continue to work with you, at no charge, for an additional four weeks to put you on the path toward success.”

No. Well, it can be. This is one-on-one personal and private coaching. While I have coached sports for many years, this type of coaching is typically very different. That being said, there are some people, often former athletes, that actually realize that they want a coach that works with them more like a traditional sports coach. Former athletes that have spent many years being coached on the field or court, or they had a parent that had a coaching style of parenting, come to the realization that when they are led the same way their former coaches worked with them, they respond extremely well, just like they did on the field or court. In that situation, I am very well prepared to accommodate them.
Yes, I have for many years now. I have a unique and well informed perspective on mental performance where athletes are concerned. Having spent 5 years on an NFL staff, I have seen first hand the differences in the mental make-up between pro athletes and those who don’t make it. I have been telling athletes for many years that there are MILLIONS of physically gifted athletes out there who are every bit as talented as those being paid millions of dollars to play their game. But the ones making the big bucks have something that the others don’t and it resides between their ears. Our team was unique in that it performed at an extremely high level for several years and had seven (and counting) eventual Hall of Fame players on the roster. So, I got to know, talk to, and work with some of the best to ever play the game. To say I learned a lot would be an extreme understatement. Their mental make-up is very different. The way they approach the game is very different. I came to realize that it wasn’t unique to a player or a few players, they all had “it.” And they weren’t born with “it.” They developed it. I love working with athletes and using what I’ve learned to help them to also develop “it.” It’s honestly not that much different than working with an entrepreneur, or a driven career professional. The “best” entrepreneurs (etc.) have “it” as well. They just have “it” in a different game. If you’re an athlete looking to take your game to the next level, let’s talk.
